My name is Przemyslaw Wojdat and I am a photographer based in Chicago where I currently live. I was born in Poland and I spent my childhood years there. At the time, my uncle was a photojournalist and my father was a proud owner of a film camera and photography enthusiast. I remember spending time with my uncle in his dark room and learning from him or playing with my dad’s camera, whenever I got the chance.

Years after moving to the U.S., I got married and my wife and I gradually started traveling to different states. After visiting a few places, we realized how much we enjoyed exploring new places and making new memories. That was the time when I bought my first digital point-and-shoot camera in the late 2000’s and started taking pictures on our trips. In 2016, I purchased the Canon DSLR camera and 2 years later, I decided to switch to Fujifilm mirrorless camera for their beautiful colors, crisp images, and the amazing “old style” picture taking experience.
